Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

The rules for using Inpiko: what you can do, what you're responsible for, how billing works and how either of us can end things.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Inpiko (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Inpiko lets you embed a feedback widget, collect feedback from your customers, group similar feedback into requests with AI assistance, move requests through a workflow and publish a public roadmap. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. We may block disposable email addresses and use bot checks at sign-up.
  • Each person gets one free trial. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed.
  • You're responsible for your account, your password and everything done under it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Each plan limits the number of active projects. Limits are described on the pricing page.

4. Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of the feedback, requests and roadmap content in your projects ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it, including sending feedback text to our AI provider, solely to run the Service for you.

You are responsible for how you use the widget. In particular you must:

  • Install the widget only where you have the right to, and tell your customers that you collect their feedback and email address, for example in your own privacy policy
  • Review what you make public: the roadmap shows request titles, summaries and customer counts, and AI-written text can contain errors
  • Have a lawful basis for collecting and contacting those customers
  • Not publish customer personal information on your public roadmap
  • Respond to access and deletion requests from your customers about their feedback

Feedback submitted by customers is their content and your responsibility once it is in your project. We don't review it in advance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware or deceptive content
  • Collect data from people through the widget without their knowledge or in a misleading way
  • Attack, probe or overload the Service, or bypass rate limits, plan limits or security controls
  • Access another project's private data or another user's account
  • Reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without our written permission
  • Use the Service to build a competing product by scraping or automated extraction

6. AI suggestions

AI grouping, titles and summaries can be wrong. They are suggestions for you to review, not decisions, and you are responsible for the groupings, statuses and roadmap you choose to keep. Inpiko remains usable if AI processing is slow or unavailable. AI processing is capped during the free trial and per project per day; feedback past a cap is still saved but isn't automatically grouped.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Inpiko is a paid service with Starter and Pro plans, billed monthly or annually through our payment partner, Polar. There is no free plan, but each new account receives a 7-day free trial, starting when you verify your email, with access to Pro features, limited AI processing and no payment details required. When the trial ends you need a paid plan to keep using the Service. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods with notice.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period. After that you have no active plan: your data is kept, but you can't access your dashboard, collect new feedback or show your public roadmap until you subscribe again.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Plan limits

If you downgrade or your plan changes so you exceed its project limit, extra projects are locked until you choose which to keep active or upgrade. Locked projects don't accept new feedback.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Polar, PostHog, Brevo, Cloudflare, Google sign-in and Google's Gemini API. Your use of them through Inpiko may also be subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Our intellectual property

Inpiko, its software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Feedback you give us about Inpiko itself may be used to improve it without obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your projects and their data.
  • We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or for non-payment or chargebacks. Where reasonable we'll give notice first, but not for serious abuse.
  • Sections that by nature should survive termination, such as ownership, liability and governing law, do so.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Inpiko reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance or make changes, and you're responsible for exporting anything you need to keep.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inpiko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and email account holders about material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
