How do I add the feedback widget to my site?
Open Embed in your project, choose Feedback Widget and paste the single script tag into your site's HTML.
Do customers need an account to send feedback?
No. Customers only enter their email and their feedback. The email is remembered for next time.
Is the project ID in the script tag a secret?
No. It is a public identifier, not a credential. Private keys are never placed in the widget.
Can I limit which websites can send feedback?
Yes. Add domains such as example.com or *.example.com under Allowed Domains on the Embed page. With none added, the widget accepts submissions from any site.
