Feature request tracker

A feature request tracker that counts people, not comments

Ten customers will ask for the same feature in ten different ways. Inpiko groups those submissions into one request and shows how many different customers want it, so you can see what matters most.

How it works

  1. 01

    Collect requests

Add one script tag to your site. Customers send feedback with just their email, no account needed. You can also add requests that arrive by email or support chat.

  2. 02

    Group duplicates

AI suggests which submissions describe the same need and folds them into a single request. You can review and correct the grouping.

  3. 03

    See the demand

Each request shows its number of submissions and its number of different customers. Customer count is the stronger signal, because one person can submit several times.

  4. 04

    Move it forward

Move a request through New, Planned, In Progress and Shipped. On Pro you can rename and add stages.

No more spreadsheet of requests

Every submission is stored with the customer's email and linked to a request.

Priorities backed by numbers

Sort out what to build next by how many customers asked, not by who asked loudest.

Flat pricing

Plans are priced per project, with unlimited feedback on every plan.

Questions

What is a feature request tracker?

A feature request tracker collects feature ideas from customers in one place, so you can see how many people ask for each one and track it from idea to shipped.

How does Inpiko avoid duplicate feature requests?

AI reads new feedback and suggests which submissions describe the same need. They are grouped into one request with a count of submissions and customers, and you can review or change the grouping.

Can I add requests that did not come from the widget?

Yes. Add a request or a submission manually with the customer's email and their feedback, for example from an email or a call. Manual entries are marked as manual.
