Public roadmap

A public roadmap that updates as you ship

Your roadmap is generated from the same requests you manage in Inpiko. Move a request to another stage and the roadmap follows, with no separate roadmap to maintain.

Get started

How it works

  1. 01

    Choose what is public

Each stage can be shown or hidden. By default New is hidden, and Planned, In Progress and Shipped are shown.

  2. 02

    Turn the roadmap on

Open Embed, choose Public Roadmap and turn on Make Roadmap Public. The roadmap stays off until you do.

  3. 03

    Paste one snippet

Paste the iframe snippet where you want the roadmap to appear, such as your website or help center.

  4. 04

    Keep working as usual

When you move a request between stages, the public roadmap reflects the new status.

Customers see what is coming

Show customers that their feedback leads somewhere and cut down on "is this planned?" emails.

Nothing private is shown

Visitors only see requests in roadmap-visible stages. Customer emails and individual feedback are never shown.

No roadmap builder to learn

The roadmap is a simple view of your stages. There are no timelines or boards to configure.

Questions

What can visitors see on the public roadmap?

Only requests in stages you chose to show. Customer emails, individual submissions and internal notes are never shown.

Is the roadmap public by default?

No. The roadmap is off until you turn on Make Roadmap Public in the Embed page.

Can I rename the roadmap stages?

Yes, on the Pro plan. You can customize your stages and choose which ones appear on the roadmap. Starter uses the default four stages.
